Ask Dr. Kaiser Question: What is the correct way to take deca durabolin for maximum effects? Dr. Kaiser replies: Deca-durobolin is a synthetic testosterone derivative (steroidhormone) that can enhance the muscle-building effects of testosterone replacement therapy. It is most frequently given as a 200mg injection into the buttocks every two weeks. An alternative dosing regimen is 100mg every week to provide a more even level in the bloodstream.
